Where is it?
MGM Grand Garden Arena, Last Vegas, the most iconic boxing venue, at the end of the Las Vegas strip. Floyd Mayweather has had his last 10 fights there; eight of the last 12 of Manny Pacquiao's contests have been held there. Mayweather would never have agreed to the fight taking place in Manila, even though it would have been regarded as the greatest fight there in 40 years since Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier's third in their trilogy of fights at the Araneta Stadium, in 1975. It would also not have been suitable, in terms of time zone, given the huge pay per view market in the United States.

Venue of legends: The MGM Grand will stage Pacquiao-Mayweather
When is it?
May 2, to coincide with the Cinco De Mayo Mexican holiday - traditionally one of the huge pay per view weekends for boxing.
Tickets
Sales are expected to gross $40 million (£26 million) for the 16,000 seats at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Ringside seats are already estimated to be selling for over £11,000. It will smash the all-time gate record of £13 million (Mayweather- Saul Alvarez, 2013).
Where to watch
A bidding war is expected in the UK between BoxNation TV, the specialist boxing channel, and Sky Sports, for the right to air the contest. But this fight is so big, we may even see a bid from terrestrial broadcasters Channel 5, or ITV, who have made a return to boxing. On pay per view the megafight is expected to shatter all of boxing's records. It is expected to cost $100 (£65) to buy the broadcast the States. In the Philippines, Solar All-Access show all of Pacquiao's fights for about £10. Pacquiao will draw an audience of over 90 million viewers in his homeland and even more around from countrymen around the world.
